Project name: Academic Compass: a comprehensive monitoring and support programme at UJW.
The project is carried out under Measure 01.05 "Skills in higher education" of the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme and is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
Project value

Project objective
To improve the effectiveness of university management in 2025-2028 in order to reduce early dropout, whose causes the applicant identified through its own analyses, in view of the need to adapt the educational offer to the needs of economic development and the green and digital transition.

Activities to reduce early dropout
- Making the admissions process more effective.
- Developing the Academic Careers Office.
- Remedial classes for first-year students of engineering programmes.
- Establishing the Academic Psychological Counselling Centre.
- More flexible forms of learning, support for students in hybrid learning and preventing transport exclusion.
