Dear Students, college is a time of growth, but also of challenges. If you feel you need someone to talk to, support, or just a moment to pause – you don’t have to face this alone. The Academic Psychological Counselling Centre at Jan Wyżykowski University invites you to free, individual psychological consultations at the UJW branch in Lubin.   Consultation hours:

  • January 11, 2026, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. – Daniel Szczepanek, MA
  • January 25, 2026, 11:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. – Renata Socha, PhD

This is a safe and confidential space where you can:

  • talk about stress, academic overload, or personal problems,
  • strengthen your resources and mental resilience,
  • look for solutions and a new perspective,
  • Take care of yourself – without judgment or rushing.

One conversation can make a big difference. Contact the Academic Psychological Counselling Centre and get professional support close to you. Spaces are limited – sign up at [email protected] or contact us directly during office hours. Take care of your well-being. It’s an investment that always pays off.

Activities carried out as part of the “Academic Compass: A Comprehensive Monitoring and Support Program at UJW” project, implemented under Measure 01.05 “Skills in Higher Education” of the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
