Dariusz Zając, PhD, Assoc. Prof.
Doctor of Law specializing in financial law, public finance, and EU funds. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wrocław based on a dissertation on the eligibility of public expenditures financed from EU funds.

His research interests include financial and tax law, public finance, EU funds, and local government. He is the author of several dozen scholarly publications, including two co-authored monographs.
He has completed training internships at European universities and taught courses abroad. He has many years of experience in managing educational institutions, securing external funding, and leading national and international projects. He is fluent in French and English.
Chancellor
Edyta Zarecka, BEng, MSc
A graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology, where she earned a degree in Management and Marketing with honors. An experienced manager specializing in human resources management, organizational management, and leadership development. She has completed postgraduate studies in labor and social law, as well as management and coaching programs.

From 2001 to 2024, she worked for Sitech, which later became Brose Sitech. Starting in 2017, she served as managing director for human resources, IT, and organization, as well as an independent authorized signatory of the company. Together with her team, she won the Golden Statuette and the title of People Management Leader awarded by the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs.
She has many years of teaching experience. She taught courses in the postgraduate program at the Wrocław University of Economics, and has been lecturing at UJW for over 10 years. She co-developed the postgraduate program in Personnel Management and the HR Business Partner specialization.
Dean of the Faculty of Social and Technical Sciences
Rafał Czachor, PhD, DSc, Assoc. Prof.
Habilitated Doctor of Political Science and Public Administration and Doctor of Law in the field of public international law. He specializes in comparative constitutional law, political systems, and international law. He serves as Dean of the Faculty of Social and Technical Sciences at Jan Wyżykowski University.

He completed postgraduate studies in research and development project management and quality management. From 2016 to 2019, he served as dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Jan Długosz University (UJW), and from 2021 to 2024, he was associate dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University.
Associate Dean of the Faculty of Social and Technical Sciences
Piotr Krysiak, BEng, PhD
Doctor of Technical Sciences in the field of mechanical engineering. He specializes in mechanics, strength of materials, structural design, and machine diagnostics. He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology, where he earned degrees in Mechanics and Machine Design and in Transportation.

He has many years of experience in the military sector, dynamic load analysis, and the testing of structures exposed to blast effects. His body of work includes 53 scientific publications and 10 patents.
He has completed over 30 research projects for the Ministry of National Defense (MON), the National Center for Research and Development (NCBiR), the European Defense Agency (EDA), and the European Defense Fund (EDF), including projects conducted in collaboration with foreign research centers. He has completed research internships at Technische Universität Dresden, the Military University of Technology, and the University of Radom. He has also completed postgraduate studies in the specialty of Research and Development Project Manager.
