Two Distinct Paths of Development
You can choose between HR Business Partner and Rehabilitation with Criminology, and focus your studies on business, support, or rehabilitation.

Human Beings and Their Development
You will gain an understanding of the mechanisms of human development, learning, upbringing, and functioning in various social and professional environments.

HR, People, and Organizations
On the HR Business Partner track, you'll delve into recruitment, personnel management, employer branding, labor law, and organizational culture.

Rehabilitation and Criminology
In the second specialization, you will learn about the mechanisms of crime and social pathologies, as well as methods of prevention, sociotherapy, and rehabilitation work.
