The ICDMIR conference follows a double-blind review process for papers received for the conference. All papers are initially checked for similarity using the Turnitin Plagiarism Software. Only those that pass the plagiarism check will be submitted to the Scientific Committee members for review by 2-3 reviewers, who will rate them based on specific reports. The editor decides whether the paper is accepted, accepted with a minor or major review, or rejected.

Use Times New Roman: 10 pts fonts for the main text and all additional parts except EndNote and index (where you should use 8pts). All text should be single-spaced. The paper length should be up to 5000 words, including abstract and references.

To ensure that there are no extra spaces in the document, use your software’s find and replace command to substitute all double spaces for single spaces. Repeat this procedure until no double spaces are found.

The referencing system you use should comply with the IEEE or Harvard reference system style. It is recommended that you use JPEG files for producing grayscale images or photographs with a resolution of 150 dpi.

Conference Proceedings uses author-prepared PDFs for all published content and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all manuscripts are submitted in their final form and that all fonts are embedded. Author template packages contain comprehensive advice and guidelines for authors – including a Do’s and Don’ts checklist – all papers must be prepared abiding by these guidelines. Well-prepared manuscripts enable rapid publication.

The Original unpublished Research Papers, articles, and working papers, with a maximum length of 10-14 pages, on topics related to the theme, are invited for presentation/publication in the conference proceedings. Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication.

• Use of AI-generated writing or ChatGPT is strictly prohibited.
• Grammatical errors must NOT be present. Language clarity is highly expected.
• NO figure and NO table should be copied from any other paper or the Internet.
• Page limit: Minimum 8 pages and maximum 9 pages after compliance with Springer format.
• Each paper must contain an abstract (150-200 words) and keywords (4-5).
• Writing format: Springer Format (strictly).
• All table and figure numbers should be clearly mentioned in the manuscript.

1. The paper, before submission, should be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism software like Turnitin/iAuthenticate. The similarity content should not exceed 18%.
2. Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others’ work(s) should not be present in an article.
3. Also, the language used to explain it should not be the same as the language of the work from which you have adopted it.
4. If you are using any copyrighted material, you should acquire prior permission from the copyright holder.
5. If any model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusive comment by any previously published work is used in your article, you should properly cite a reference to the original work.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the sole responsibility of the authors if high levels of plagiarism, language clarity, grammatical errors, copyright issues, or AI-generated texts are detected. The registration fee will not be refunded in any case if the paper gets excluded from proceedings.
