On November 7, 2025, Jan Wyżykowski University hosted the International Conference on Data Management and Information Retrieval (ICDMIR), dedicated to the latest trends in data management, information retrieval, and digital security.

The event’s topics included, among others:

data management and big data analytics,
natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning,
the application of information technology in areas such as healthcare, e-commerce, bioinformatics, and crisis management,
information security, the Internet of Things (IoT), recommendation systems, and scalable data architectures.

All accepted and registered research articles will be published in the Springer “STEAM-H” series (ISSN: 2520-193X / E-ISSN: 2520-1948), which is indexed in renowned databases such as Scopus, Mathematical Reviews, and zbMATH.

The conference was also attended by representatives of the Infotronik Research Club – the president and vice president – who represented Jan Wyżykowski University on the international stage and participated in exam sessions devoted to modern data processing technologies and artificial intelligence.
