Faculty members are getting training!

Today, the first part of the training on using the Visual Components software took place; some of you will soon be using this software in practical classes, such as project-based or lab sessions – among other things, the program enables the planning and visualization of industrial processes. The training is divided into two parts; during the next session, the instructors will undergo hands-on training using VR headsets.
"The vast amount of knowledge and skills we gained during today's training opens up entirely new teaching opportunities for us," said Anna Wojciechowicz, BEng, PhD, Dean of the Lubin Branch Campus, in her summary of the meeting.
The training for our staff was led by Daniel Kowalski from 5sAutomate, a company that distributes software and assists universities in implementing it into their curricula:
"The education of the future with Visual Components isn't just something happening in the present – it's an offering designed specifically for universities that allows for interactive, engaging, active, and imaginative, while also providing concrete digital skills. Process planning, visualization, and process simulation are just a few of the possibilities offered by VC software."
