Bachelor’s Degree Program in HR Business Partner

Brose Sitech has joined the group of organizations collaborating with our university. Starting in the 2023/2024 academic year, we will jointly offer a dual degree program in the HR Business Partner specialization within the Pedagogy major. The cooperation agreement was signed on January 4, 2023, at the UJW headquarters by Tadeusz Kierzyk, PhD (Rector), an Associate Professor at UJW, and Edyta Zarecka (independent authorized signatory, managing director for human resources, IT, and organizational matters). The main goal guiding the parties in establishing this cooperation is the desire and commitment to improve the quality and effectiveness of vocational education and to adapt it to the developmental challenges and needs of the local market. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical aspects will enable students to shorten their professional adaptation period and prepare them to perform the full scope of duties in a given position immediately upon graduation. We Focus on Practical Education As part of the agreement, the Sponsor undertakes to provide University students with opportunities to complete internships at Brose Sitech facilities. Additionally, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, fund scholarships for students in the “Pedagogy with a Specialization in HR Business Partner” program, which is offered jointly with the University, and provide financial support to the University for the joint operation of the program. Brose Sitech operates three production facilities in Poland, including one in Polkowice, where it employs nearly 2,000 workers. The company specializes in the production of automotive seats, their structures, and structural components, as well as comprehensive solutions for automotive interiors. Brose Sitech, in close cooperation with brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, is working on innovative seats for selected Volkswagen Group vehicle models. The company has received numerous awards for its highest standards in human resources management, including the Golden Statuette, the title of Human Resources Management Leader, and the HR Certificate of Highest Quality.
