New Publication at UJW

We are pleased to announce the recent publication of a book titled “Human Resources Management and the Work Environment.” The editor of the monograph is Miłosz Czopek, PhD, an Associate Professor at UJW, and the co-authors include both UJW faculty members and researchers from major academic institutions across Poland. And what does the editor himself have to say about the publication? “The individual within an organization has ‘advanced’ to the role of an integral component in an organizational ecosystem characterized by extraordinary dynamism. (…) The monograph *Human Resource Management and the Work Environment* attempts to provide a partial answer to questions regarding the new role of the employee in the organization and presents practical solutions enabling the implementation of a new relational paradigm. The monograph is multifaceted and open to further exploration. It presents the research findings of authors representing the Kraków University of Economics, the University of Wrocław, the University of Rzeszów, WSB Merito University in Poznań, Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, the University of Zielona Góra, the Land Forces Academy in Wrocław, the Angelus Silesius Academy of Applied Sciences in Wałbrzych, the Jan Wyżykowski University, the Łukasiewicz Research Network, and KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. The authors of the individual chapters have not only attempted to assess the current state of affairs but have also developed recommendations for actions that can be taken to implement the principles of the relational paradigm of human resource management in organizations.” The book will soon be available in our library.
