Admissions for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

On June 1 of this year, the admissions process for the 2025/2026 academic year begins. We invite you to explore our academic offerings and apply for your chosen degree programs. Please note that all documents related to the admissions process must be submitted exclusively at the Jan Wyżykowski University campus at 6B Skalników Street in Polkowice. Documents must be delivered in person during the Student Services Office’s business hours. Student Services Office (BOS) Hours: Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.** Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.** The office is open on weekends only during on-campus sessions  **These hours are in effect from July 1 through August 31 Please bring a complete set of required documents and your high school graduation exam results. If you have any questions regarding admissions, please contact the Student Services Office. We are accepting applications for the following programs: Bachelor’s degree programs (first cycle): – Administration – Education – Management Engineering programs (first cycle): – Computer Science – Mining and Geology – Logistics – Mechatronics – Production Management and Engineering – Mechanical Engineering Master’s degree programs (second cycle): – Mining and Geology – Psychology (5-year integrated program) – Management – Mechanical Engineering The application fee at our university is 0 PLN. Candidate registration takes place in two stages: first, electronically via the university’s IT system, and then by personally submitting a complete set of required documents to the dean’s office at the main campus in Polkowice.
