Theses on Management

Fourteen management students at Jan Wyżykowski University successfully defended their bachelor’s theses, completing the first stage of their academic education.

The final exam served as a culmination of three years of study, acquiring knowledge, and developing professional skills. Passing it successfully means earning a bachelor’s degree and officially joining the ranks of first-cycle graduates.

The thesis defense process was conducted under the supervision of an appointed examination committee. Zdzisław Pólkowski, BEng, PhD, and Associate Professor at UJW, served as the thesis advisor; Jolanta Dmowska, PhD served as the reviewer; and Robert Kaszuba, BEng, PhD, was also a member of the committee.
