Senate Elections
The Electoral Commission of the Jan Wyżykowski University announces the start of elections to the Senate for the group of academic faculty and non-academic staff for the 2024–2028 term. All employees have the unrestricted right to nominate candidates for the elections by submitting a written request to the Election Commission. The candidate’s written consent is required before their name is added to the list. Since the elections will be held remotely, please send nominations and candidate consents to the email address of the Commission Secretary, Ms. Ewa Zięcina, BEng, MSc, by November 5, at 3:30 p.m. Election Schedule
- October 22, 2024 – announcement of the time and place of the election,
- October 23 through November 5, 2024 – nomination period for candidates for the Senate from the group of academic faculty and staff members who are not academic faculty,
- November 6, 2024 – submission of the lists of candidates and the voter rolls to those eligible to vote,
- November 7, 2024, 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. – remote voting (submit completed ballots and attendance lists to: [email protected])
- November 8, 2024 – announcement of the Senate election results.
