First Semester
You'll deepen your understanding of the basics of geology
- You will improve your knowledge of general geology
- You will be able to identify minerals and rocks
- You will explore their properties and significance in geological analysis
- You will apply the fundamentals of geology to mining issues

Second Semester
You'll learn to identify and describe mineral deposits
- You will expand your skills in analyzing minerals and rocks
- You will learn how to create and interpret geological maps
- You will refine the cartographic skills needed in the work of a geologist
- You will integrate geological data with mining practices

Third Semester
You will proceed to document and evaluate the geological conditions
- You will prepare geological documentation for the deposit
- You will apply engineering geology methods
- You will use geophysics to investigate the subsurface structure
- You will complete your studies with a master’s thesis

Internships
480 hours of work experience
- Two stages of internships: 320 hours and 160 hours, allowing students to apply their geological knowledge in a real-world professional setting.
