HR Business Partner – New in Polkowice
On May 24, 2023, the Senate of Jan Wyżykowski University approved the curriculum for the dual-track bachelor’s degree program in the HR Business Partner specialization within the field of Pedagogy. Enrollment for programs at UJW begins on June 1 of this year.
The HR Business Partner specialization is a program offered in collaboration with Brose Sitech Sp. z o. o. The curriculum for this specialization focuses on working with adults in their workplace environment, solving problems, and taking initiative in line with the concept of business partnering, which involves supporting an organization’s business strategy through HR activities carried out by the HR Business Partner.
Purpose of the Program
To prepare students to serve as HR Business Partners in various organizations. The program is designed to address emerging challenges in the job market. It will equip students with knowledge in the field of modern human capital management and enable them to support an organization’s business strategy through effective people management. It will develop skills related to creating an employer brand, building a supportive work environment, and fostering good relationships with key social partners.
Target Audience
The program is designed for individuals who are interested in working with adults in a business setting, intend to work in HR departments or support people management processes within an organization, and are responsible for developing HR policies.

Admissions to Jan Wyżykowski University for the 2023–2024 academic year begin on June 1, 2023. The admissions process consists of two stages. The first stage is online enrollment (via the university’s IT system); the second stage involves submitting documents in person at the university’s main campus (at the admissions office corresponding to the program of study in Polkowice or Lubin).
