The “Góra Grosza” campaign is still going strong!
The “Wolontariusze” Student Research Club for Future Educators encourages the entire academic community to join the “GÓRA GROSZA” campaign. The campaign involves collecting coins (from 1 gr to 5 zł) at locations throughout Poland. The campaign is organized by the “Nasz Dom” Society. The goal is to raise funds for psychological, material, and specialized assistance for children (particularly those raised outside their own family environment) and families. The main area of support is:
- support for foster families,
- support for institutional foster care,
- young people in foster care who are becoming independent,
- programs for foster and adoptive families,
- programs for children as well as for those around them,
- local programs to assist children and families.
The deadline for putting coins in our piggy banks is March 24, 2023.
