#ReEmoDay at UJW is coming up on March 20!

Dzień Refleksji i Emocji: wykłady i warsztaty z psychologii, 20 marca 2024 r., ReEmoDay.

We invite students from general, humanities, and social science tracks, as well as those in uniformed services and police programs, to #ReEmoDay – the Day of Reflection and Emotions at UJW – which will take place on March 20, 2024. On this day, two academic disciplines from the field of social sciences will take center stage:  Psychology and Education, and we will address topics related to young people, their challenges, and the emotions that accompany them. Both lectures and workshops will be held simultaneously so that everyone can benefit from the valuable information shared by our experts.  Event schedule: Lectures – Auditorium A407

  • 10:00 a.m. – Event opening
  • 10:10 a.m. – Emotions: Understanding and Loving Them – Renata Socha, PhD, Jan Wyżykowski University,
  • 10:45 a.m. – Trauma, Sadness, Anger: How Not to Become a Hero of Emptiness – Paweł Zapeński, PhD, University of Zielona Góra,
  • 11:30 a.m. – Authenticity: Strength in Diversity – Katarzyna Stein-Szala, PhD – University of Zielona Góra,
  • 12:15 p.m. – What You Don’t Know – a meeting with psychology students at UJW.

  • Participation in the recording of a therapeutic fairy tale – Iwona Adamczak, Psyche Research Club – A311
