A Visit to VOSS Automotive Poland

On Friday, January 17, 2025, students in the Master’s program in Management, accompanied by Beata Szymańska-Waczyńska, PhD, visited VOSS Automotive Polska Sp. z o.o. – a leader in the implementation of Lean Management principles.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to learn about the company’s history, its structure, and its production processes. On the production floors, they saw the “zero defects” strategy and visual production management tools in action.

The students were very impressed by the company’s professionalism and the innovative solutions it presented. At the end of the visit, they asked about future meetings and opportunities for collaboration with VOSS Automotive Polska.

A heartfelt thank you to Production Director Damian Mierzejewski and the team of specialists for an inspiring hands-on lesson!
