Admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year are now open

We would like to remind you that the Jan Wyżykowski University in Polkowice is currently accepting applications for the 2025/2026 academic year. We encourage applicants interested in enrolling to review our academic offerings and complete the necessary enrollment procedures. Admissions documents must be submitted in person at the University’s headquarters at ul. Skalników 6B in Polkowice, during the Student Services Office’s business hours: Summer opening hours of the Student Services Office (effective through August 31):
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Starting September 1, the Student Services Office’s hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.*

The admissions process consists of two stages:
- Electronic registration in the University’s information technology system,
- Submit the complete set of required documents in person at the Dean’s Office of the University in Polkowice.
