Today, representatives from Jan Wyżykowski University visited the Automotive School Complex in Legnica. During the visit, two meetings were held with students, attended by: Dean Rafał Czachor, Dr habil., Associate Professor at UJW, and Marta Ambroziak-Sieradzka – Head of the Office of Promotion and Local Initiatives. The Dean of UJW delivered a lecture titled “My Rights and Responsibilities – What Everyone Should Know About Human Rights,” during which he introduced the students to the most important issues concerning individual rights and freedoms, civic responsibility, and conscious participation in society. The meetings also addressed the topic of making informed choices about future educational and career paths. The importance of making decisions based on one’s own needs, aptitudes, and aspirations was emphasized. The visit took place in an atmosphere of great openness, interest, and active participation on the part of the students. We sincerely thank you for the invitation, the opportunity to speak with you, and the warm welcome. These activities are carried out as part of the “Academic Compass” project: a comprehensive monitoring and support program at UJW. The project is implemented under Measure 01.05 “Skills in Higher Education” of the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. #EUFunds #EuropeanFunds
