Special Elections for the Student Council Executive Board and the Senate
UJW Student By-Elections for the Student Council Executive Board and the Senate for the 2024–2028 Term The University Election Commission of Jan Wyżykowski University announces the continuation of the student by-elections to the University Senate and the Student Council Executive Board, which were not decided on the first voting date. The following positions will be filled: – 1 person to the Senate of the Jan Wyżykowski University for the 2024–2028 term, – 2 people to the Student Council Executive Board – the secretary and the chairperson. Students may submit their candidacies by December 18, 2025. Three individuals will be elected from among the nominated candidates: a member of the University Senate, as well as the Secretary and Chair of the Student Council Executive Board. Elections to the Senate and the Student Council Executive Board will be held remotely. To submit a candidacy, please complete the consent to run form attached to this announcement and email it to the secretary of the election committee at: [email protected]
Election Schedule
- Through December 18, 2025 – submission of nominations.
- December 19, 2025 – Submission of the list of candidates in the form of ballots and confirmation of participation in the election.
- On December 20, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the election will be held remotely. Completed ballots and confirmation of participation in the election should be sent to the secretary of the election commission at the following address: [email protected]
- December 23, 2025 – announcement of the election results.
Elections are valid regardless of the quorum. Election Commission:
