“Greek Tragedy or Hydrogen Odyssey?” Contest

The Jan Wyżykowski University invites adult students and this year’s graduates of schools affiliated with the UJW Board of Directors* to participate in the film contest “Greek Tragedy or Hydrogen Odyssey?” The contest is part of the H2VE – Green Skills for Hydrogen project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program. Contest Task The task is to create a short film in a 9:16 vertical format, lasting between 30 and 90 seconds. The video should address current trends related to the use of hydrogen in industry and beyond, including in the areas of green hydrogen, transportation, energy storage, industry, hydrogen infrastructure, and new skills in the labor market. The entry should also demonstrate how vocational education addresses the current and future needs of the hydrogen sector and include a reference to the educational programs offered by the Jan Wyżykowski University. The video must include at least two of the following three themes: – hydrogen, – Greece, – Jan Wyżykowski University. Who is it for? The contest is open to students of legal age and this year’s graduates of schools affiliated with the UJW Board of Directors*. Participation in the contest is on an individual basis. Prize The grand prize is financial support for educational mobility in the amount of 1,000 EUR or the equivalent in PLN. This support is intended to cover the winner’s participation in the international Hydrogen Summer School in Kozani, Greece, which will take place from June 29 to July 3, 2026. The funds may be used, in particular, for transportation, lodging, meals, insurance, and participation in the educational program.
