UJW Racing Team with workshops at School Complex No. 2 in Lubin

A representative of the UJW Racing Team visited the Jan Wyżykowski School Complex No. 2 in Lubin, where he led a hands-on workshop for students on drones and how to operate them.

During the three sessions, the young people had the opportunity to gain new knowledge, learn the basics of drone piloting, and put their skills to the test. The sessions were interactive and allowed participants not only to get a close-up look at the technology but also to try their hand at piloting the drones themselves.

Another part of the workshop was a mini-competition, during which participants could test their skills and compete for prizes.

The event provided an opportunity to combine theory with practice, develop an interest in technology, and learn about the activities of the UJW Racing Team.

We would like to thank the administration and the community of School Complex No. 2 in Lubin for their warm welcome, and the students for their active participation, commitment, and the great atmosphere during the classes.

These tasks are carried out as part of the “Academic Compass: A Comprehensive Monitoring and Support Program at UJW” project, under Measure 01.05 “Skills in Higher Education” of the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
